This is the top model from , it used to be known as Masterbilt, and now called Inspired by Gibson . It s essentially identical in materials, design and build effort as the Gibson Hummingbird, it s just made in a different location to the USA. There s three in the IBG range, and having played then all, the Hummingbird is the pick of the bunch. It s resonant, and so bbx Beautiful condition, barely a mark on it. Mainly because I ve barely played it, I m just too obsessed with making different noise with electronics and electrics. I ve removed the electro acoustic bits, and it really made a difference to the resonance and sound. I ve had this from new, bought it probably 24 months ago now, and it s probably had the equivalent of a week s playing. I ve held onto it for this long because it s the nicest acoustic I ve played. I had a Gibson Songwriter at the same time as this, looking after it for a friend, and i preferred the Hummingbird. It had more presence and clarity.
